Bright Beginnings (KISD)

Bright Beginnings is a partnership between the Kent Intermediate School District and each Kent county school district, including Cedar Springs Public Schools. Bright Beginnings provides services to all families who have children prenatally through Kindergarten entry.

Parents as Teachers (PAT) believes children are born to learn and parents are their children's first and most important teacher! The program is designed to enhance child development and school achievement through parent education accessible to all families.

The program is a no-cost family outreach and support program that uses the Parents as Teachers curriculum model.
